Home Groups A Home Group typically consists of between 6 and 12 church members who meet together on a weekly basis in one of the member’s homes to study the Bible. The purpose of Bible Studies is to obtain a deeper understanding of the bible’s teaching and how it applies to today’s world and to our own lives in particular. Although Home Groups by their nature are likely to be mainly populated by already committed Christians, they are by no means intended to be exclusive. Please come along and join us to share in the fellowship and learn more of God’s purpose for our lives. Invariably meetings also allow some time for a general chat and refreshments! Groups currently operate on Monday mornings and Monday evenings in leaders' homes in Selston. There is also a Community Bible Study group that meets each Wednesday around lunch time in St Mary's Church, Westwood. Contact: 01773 813777 (Selston Vicarage) |
